Starters

  • Watercress soup, herb crème fraiche (v)
  • Spiced whitebait, lemon mayonnaise, salad leaves
  • Confit duck leg croquettes, roasted plum purée and celeriac remoulade

Mains

  • Roast sirloin of beef, château potatoes, honey roasted parsnip, Chantenay carrots, tenderstem broccoli, Yorkshire pudding, red wine jus and accompanied by horseradish sauce
  • Whole roasted plaice,
    Jersey Royal potatoes, samphire, caper and lemon butter sauce
  • Caramelised onion and Brie de Meaux pithivier,
    crushed new potatoes, spinach and mushroom fricassée (v)

Desserts

  • Banana crème brûlée, shortbread, banana and butterscotch ice cream
