Thank you for your email and sorry for the delay in replying we have only just come back from our honeymoon, and we are now very relaxed.
Thanks for letting me know about the double posting we thought they may have happened.
We would like to say a big thank you to firstly Alex, from the moment I arrived at the hotel on the Thursday evening Alex was very attentive to not only to myself but all our guests also. He looked after us at dinner and throughout the wedding day the service of the meal went without a hitch and lots of our guests commented on the service of the staff. So thank you to all of those also.
The meal the drink and the buffet was excellent, the food in particular was well enjoyed so compliments to the chef.
The operations porter who set up the room late on the evening before saw me and made sure I was happy with the room and to tell him if I wanted anything changed he was very pleasant sorry I did not catch his name.
The duty manager that oversaw the evening I didn’t catch his name either was also very efficient and spoke to both Shae and I to again make sure we was happy.
Of course to you as well Lyndsey for all our email communication and answering all my questions.
Overall we are really happy with our wedding day the hotel was the perfect setting for it and all of the staff involved made it extra special so a big thank you to everyone.
