I would just like to write to say how extremely grateful I was on Wednesday morning with the concern that was shown towards my daughter by your guest services manager Linda Purton.
My daughter had been involved in an accident outside your hotel, when she was brought inside by one of your guests. As I understand from my daughter, Linda dealt with the situation in a very efficient and sympathetic way. When I arrived she met me in the car park, and briefed me as to what had happened, which was reassuring to a rather frantic Mother.

I hope that you will pass on our thanks to her. We did try to see her on Thursday, but she had unfortunately left for the day. I have to say that I feel she was a good example to your Hotel, and if this is how non guests of the hotel are treated, then it would lead me to believe that any function or event held here would be given the utmost care and attention.

Please pass on our best wishes to Linda, and we hope that she likes the flowers which is to thank her for her kindness.
