I was running a training course on behalf of T-Mobile at your Hatfield hotel on Thursday the 12th February and I would like to point out the excellent service I received from Linda during the day.
There was a problem to start with in that the heating had broken in the room allocated, which would have been very uncomfortable for my delegates as it was so cold. Linda provided a solution by working around other guests and providing an alternate room (Oaklands).
Linda was happy to move screens, refreshments and anything else I required around as needed and nothing was too much trouble. This has ensured that (when I have the budget) I will be carrying out more sessions at your hotel in the future. Please pass my thanks on to Linda.
