I’ve just eaten at the restaurant in your Hatfield hotel and…. . wow!

As something of a ‘foodie’, this is some of the best food I’ve eaten out for some time. I had the pigeon breast (sublime), pork belly (a touch salty for my taste, but marvellous all the same), cheese (a good complimentary selection) then, couldn’t resist going with a dessert, having the sticky toffee pudding (a great presentation of the modern classic). Please pass on my compliments to the chef and the staff, who provided excellent service of this great food.
