Hi Andrew,

A couple of customers I bumped into reception last night thanked me for the "wonderful" food.
A customer last night actually came in to the kitchen whilst I was doing the ordering and shook little Harry's hand for cooking him a lovely bit of hake and to tell him that our restaurant was a little hidden gem.
I also got a note from reception with a phone number of a customer to call to talk him through the duck dish we did for the chamber of commerce which I called to explain how we got the duck so tender and crispy.
