Am pleased to report that having spoken with Kevin Woodhams this afternoon (contact for Roche's 2 day meeting which had taken place yesterday & today), everybody had left extremely satisfied with the service provided by the hotel.
Kevin explained that nothing had been too much trouble and that every member of hotel staff he had dealt with had been friendly and accommodating. He very much liked the size of the meeting room as this seemed to work perfectly for this type of training - as well as the feature of natural daylight.
Kevin has attended a meeting at BH before but has not held a meeting himself here. He will definitely request to come back if he finds himself conducting training again.
He also particularly mentioned that a member of hotel staff had been able to accommodate one of his colleagues (who had been fasting), in providing them with a snack later on in the evening. Whoever this was - well done. Kevin was very impressed with this attention to detail.
