Guestbook: Outstanding Service
Dear Mr Hall
I'm pleased to say that all went well with the rearrangement. And in our opinion you have a real gem in your receptionist Gracia! She realised that our main concern was over getting to and from the wedding on time, and made sure that everything happened, that the driver knew exactly what was needed, and that he was paid. She could not have been more helpful.
I just want to thank your hotel (particularly Linda Purton) for her kindness and generosity she showed me this morning. I had been scheduled to do a tour of your hotel with my Supply Chain Management students this morning. Unfortunately I made the mistake of giving them an incorrect time and caused a right mess of the whole thing. I must thank Linda so deeply for helping me out and running a second session for my students who would otherwise have had a poor experience. I have never stayed with Beales before but I am sure Linda gives the best of herself to difficult customers like myself, and perhaps I shall have the pleasure of being a guest soon. What you can count on is that I will do my bit by way of word of mouth. Linda literally made my day and I thought this will in a small way show her my gratitude; it almost brought a tear to my eyes how helpful she was. Again thank you all at Beales for the time you commit to aiding our efforts to educate our students. Your input is greatly appreciated.

Dear Mr. Beale
It has been a pleasure to have stayed at Beales Hotel in Hatfield on a number of occasions and we have always found the staff to be helpful and pleasant.
On our latest visit just gone, two of your personnel were particularly notable in this respect - Karla and Sumi - so much so that we wished to make special mention outside of normal feedback.
Until this weekend I was unaware that the Beale family had acquired what was then the Hatfield Lodge Hotel back in the 1960s as it was at the Hatfield Lodge that our wedding reception was held on 3rd Jan 1970, sadly the lady I married that day and I divorced some eighteen years later, but we remain good friends.
It was a great day back then and a great recent visit made that bit more memorable and special by both Karla and Sumi.
Dear Mr. Beale
I would like you to know how very much I appreciated the kind attention I received from Karla Snow, the receptionist at your Hatfield Hotel yesterday.
Having been diverted from the M25, which was closed in both directions, I was lost and went into the hotel to seek directions.
Karla couldn't have been more patient or helpful and I reached my destination safely thanks to her! She is a credit to your organisation.
I am sorry that I am only emailing you now.I was away last week on training and only work part time and was not at a desk to access my emails to send you a massive Thank You. It is my first day back in the office today and the feedback I have received following the students visit to Beales Hotel has been amazing. You really made both the students and my colleague alike feel most welcome. The visit achieved everything we set out as appropriate for their qualification and the photographs they took whilst during their visit really captured ‘Housekeeping’ in its element.
It was wonderful that you were able to accommodate my request and I thank you and your colleagues for their time and energy with this visit.
