The service was fantastic! Everything we asked for was provided and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. We arrived at the restaurant an hour earlier to decorate the table were we were given the choice of tables and offered a drink while setting up. When we arrived later on, we were offered prosseco on the house and throughout our afternoon tea we were offered refills. The food was delicious! When leaving the restaurant, our leftovers were boxed up to take away with us and the gentleman offered to carry any gifts to the car. Thank you for such a pleasant experience! I’d recommend the restaurant to anyone local or if you’re visiting the area.

This afternoon my daughter and I had afternoon tea at Beales Hotel. We had a really enjoyable experience and whats more, the sandwiches and pastries were lovely. Hopefully, it won't be too long before we return. It gets 10/10 from my daughter (who by the way is 12). Well done Beales.

We had a lovely lunch. The food was a highlight. Staff were friendly but wouldn't say they went above and beyond. Found it odd that we were charged for extra bread.

My daughter (aged 12) and I had a very enjoyable experience at Beales Hotel. We both had afternoon tea via the groupon voucher and it was delightful. The food was good and it was exceptional value for money. My daughter gave it 10/10 - which doesn't happen often these days!! Well done Beales

Hi. Yes on arrival and it was very quiet I was a bit phased...but the food was fantastic and well done Chef... we had three different dishes and desserts but it was all top class and we dine for lunch in lots of places...was definitely a Sunday lunch with a difference and ideal just across from the Galleria ...perfect day out..
