BBH held 2 courses yesterday in the Therfield room and I wanted to congratulate the staff for their excellent service. The room layout was perfect when I arrived and I understand that that was thanks to Mark. Then Harry and Malvina were fantastic all day and even managed to turn the room around in less than 15 minutes.

I just wanted to express a big thank you for last Saturday evening's dinner. It was superb! The arrangements that Lyndsey made beforehand were impressively concise. Marc's conscientiousness, attentiveness and professionalism during the evening was amazing, and the food was delicious and enjoyed by everyone. All other staff around on the evening were so friendly and helpful - it was a real joy.
We received such good feedback from our guests on how smoothly the evening ran.

A Big Thank You For Supporting HCPA's Network Event on the 6th of March, 2019
Dear Mr. Andrew,
My name is xxxx and I work for the non-profit Hertfordshire Care Providers Association (HCPA). Yesterday, HCPA hosted our first Network event of the year that was attended by over 150 adult social care providers from both the elderly support services and learning disability support services based in Hertfordshire.
I am writing to you because our Network event was a tremendous success and we are very satisfied with the outcome after a long, but beneficial, event for our Adult Social Care Providers. More importantly, it couldn’t have been done without the support of your incredible team.
Both Lyndsey Barnes and Linda Purton, who was our events liaison during our event, have been absolutely fantastic when it came to supporting us with all of our event’s needs. Linda, in particular, was professional, attentive and a genuinely lovely person to work with; even in times of crisis, she remained cool, calm and collected.
I would like to personally thank you and your team for your dedication and professionalism in helping us successfully host our event and we look forward to working with you again in the future.
