Just a quick note. My wife and I, have recently returned from spending our anniversary weekend at Beales Hotel Hatfield.
Last year we stayed at WLP, so after registering as Club members, we decided to try Beales. Hotel.
The hotel was modern and comfortable and the staff were friendly. I wanted you to know that Anete Asarite deserves a special thank you, for her outstanding customer service during my booking period. We would like to thank her for our room upgrade.
We look forward to staying in the Beales hotel group in the future.

I would like to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your hotel last weekend. We stayed for two nights as we had a Groupon voucher.
The room was excellent, clean, comfortable and spacious. The hospitality tray was good, we appreciated the extras, the biscuits and the water. Dinner on the Saturday night was delicious. Although at first glance we weren’t too sure about the menu, all we chose was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed everything!
We found the staff extremely helpful and polite. In particular we would like to mention the lady on reception on the Sunday evening, and the man serving breakfast on the Monday morning. I did not take their names but both of them “went the extra mile” to be helpful.
I have put my comments on Tripadvisor, but wanted to let you know personally of our positive experience in your hotel and mention the staff.
We hope to visit again in the future.

I’ve already left you hotels.com and TripAdvisor reviews but I just wanted to write personally and let you know how refreshing it was to find a hotel that actually ticked all the boxes of a guest!
• The hotel phone line didn’t have annoying menus or queues and was answered efficiently and politely.
• There was a plug socket by the bed for charging phones, it’s rare in a hotel!
• The shower was powerful
• The room was spotless and spacious
I love the way you show photos for ALL your rooms on the website, it’s very open and honest.
The language sign by reception tickled me, Mancunian was missing but we did cope!
Your staff were friendly and efficient and it was a relief that we could get a drink and sandwich despite checking in late, the member of staff on duty was lovely late Saturday night.
Thanks again, I’ll certainly book next time we’re working in London… it’s always nice to get out of the M25 after work and start the journey home so Beales is perfectly placed.
